I am someone who if I come cross a good thing or learnt something new, I love to share it with others. 

I have been the CEO of a market research field company, I now run a production company with my husband, and I am a mother of 3.

Since becoming a mother 8 years ago, and like many, I started to become aware of the sheer amount of chemicals we are exposed to through our foods, kitchen, plastics and cleaning products. I have searched long and far and tried so many different alternatives to find what actually works and is healthy for my family.
 

Hopefully in the process I can inspire others out there to view things from a new angle, learn something new or find support from my posts.
